The Wealth Recipe Signed Book Giveaway: Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor. The giveaway is sponsored by Financial Success Strategies, LLC, doing business as Food & Finance with Shelley, 4431 Warm Springs Road, Houston, TX 77035 (“Sponsor”). HER Texas is a promotional partner and is not a sponsor of this giveaway.
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. Entry period. The giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on November 4, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on November 23, 2026 (the “Entry Period”).
4. How to enter. Subscribe to Digestible Bites at https://www.foodandfinancewithshelley.com/subscribe during the Entry Period. People who were already subscribed when the Entry Period began are automatically entered. Limit one entry per person and per email address. Entries made with false information or multiple email addresses will be disqualified.
5. Prizes. Three winners will each receive one copy of The Wealth Recipe, personally signed by author Shelley Nadel. Approximate retail value: $17.86 each. Each entrant can win only one prize. Prizes can’t be exchanged for cash or transferred. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner selection. Three winners will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about November 24, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Notification and delivery. Each winner will be notified by email and must reply within 7 business days with their full name and a U.S. mailing address so the prize can be shipped. If a winner doesn’t respond in time, that prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be drawn. Sponsor will ship each prize at no cost to the winner. Winners’ mailing addresses will be used only to send the prizes.
8. Taxes. Each winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.
9. Privacy. Entrants’ information will be used to send Digestible Bites and to run this giveaway. Sponsor will not sell or share entrants’ information. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing does not cancel an entry already received.
10. Social media. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or any other social media platform.
11. General conditions. By entering, entrants agree to these rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Sponsor may cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical problems or other factors beyond its control affect its fairness. Entrants release Sponsor and HER Texas from liability for any injury or loss related to the giveaway or the prize.
12. Winner announcement. By accepting a prize, each winner agrees that Sponsor and HER Texas may announce the winner’s first name and city/state, for example “Maria from Austin, Texas,” in Digestible Bites, on social media and on Sponsor’s website. No other personal information will be shared.
